Members dining has changed in 2024 with the launch of the new Emerald Lounge area on Level 5 East.

Available only to Stadium Members and their ticketed guests, the Emerald Lounge features the Members Restaurant. Our modern eatery features a range of fresh seafood, substantial plated meals, sharing platters and delicious bites. Click here to view the current menu – noting all menu items are subject to change according to seasonality and availability.

Like most popular restaurants, bookings are essential especially for peak times and large attendance events. Click here to make a reservation for an upcoming event via our Seven Rooms digital platform. We ask that you please read the important

  • Tables will be booked back-to-back to accommodate as many Members as possible with a strict dining time of 1 hour.
  • A 15-minute grace period will be given as we understand sometimes delays can occur in transit to the venue – after this period however we reserve the right to cancel your booking as a no-show as we quite often have a waitlist for tables.
  • Should Members arrive late within the grace period, the 1-hour dining remains from the booking time, not arrival time.

We understand that sometimes circumstances and plans change, however we ask that you communicate this ASAP by one of the channels below:

  • via the Seven Rooms booking where you can cancel your reservation
  • to our team via members@suncorpstadium.com.au or 07 3331 5050
  • in person at the Maitre’d desks at the Restaurant

Should a Member or their Guest be marked as a no-show for a reservation more than twice within a 1-month period, we reserve the right to refuse future reservations.

FAQ’s

Priority Booking for Platinum and Gold Members

Platinum (1st) and Gold (2nd) Members have priority access to additional tables in the Restaurant that cannot be accessed online. We encourage all Members to seek out suitable times via the Seven Rooms digital platform in the first instance, however if you are unable to book, please reach out to our team via phone 07 3331 5050 or email members@suncorpstadium.com.au for priority assistance.

Please note that the tables reserved for priority bookings are not unlimited, there will be times especially for highly attended events that planning ahead will be necessary.

The time I am interested in booking is not showing up on the reservation’s platform. Do you have a table at that time?

Our restaurant booking system is now fully automated, using AI and automation to assist us in managing tables – all available tables and times will show on the booking portal (with the exception of the priority tables held for Platinum and Gold Members as above).

It is imperative that Members and Guests understand that their specific booking time is critical, your table will not be available prior to this booked time.

My reservation is for 4 guests, but I now have 6 in my party, can you accommodate?

We recommend keeping the booking confirmation email, should you require a change to your reservation (number of guests, time or seating type) you will be able to click on the Manage Booking link and adjust if available.

Where can I order food if I require dietary adjustments?

We understand how important it can be to assist Members and their guests in managing dietary requirements. To make sure this is a smooth process, and we understand your needs we ask that orders are made in person at the South Emerald Lounge Bar as the QR Code system will not allow for changes.

Can I use my $50 Membership voucher in the Members Restaurant?

Absolutely, you will however need to place your order at the South Emerald Lounge Bar as the QR Code system does not allow voucher use.

The Members Restaurant is fully booked, what other food and seating options are there?

For some matches, the Members Restaurant may be at capacity. In the North area of the Emerald Lounge, there are over 150 unreserved seats including high bar tables and lounges – these seats feature a small Bar Menu available via QR code ordering. Members and Guests will also be able to purchase from our Chefs retail outlet which has a select variety of regular stadium fare along with rotating specials. Finally, our Hola Membros Mexican and Chefs Carvery food carts are open for select events.
