Platinum Click & Collect

Platinum Members have access to Click & Collect ordering from Bars 520 & 522 using QR codes found on the arm rest between their seats.

To ensure speed of service and quality, all beer, spirits and soft drink Click & Collect menu items are served in cans.
Click & Collect orders will close 10 minutes before the final whistle of matches
A maximum of 4 alcoholic beverages are available per order (this limit applies to all bars across the Stadium)
While our team will endeavor to have this service available as often as possible, there may be times where the service is paused.
This service is not available for non-Member events (i.e. Concerts etc)
Should Platinum Members relocate their seats via the Guest Pass Process, Click & Collect will not be available.

Scan the QR code at your seat and Select items to purchase in the digital menu, noting that a maximum of 4 alcoholic beverages can be purchased in one order
Complete the purchase via Credit Card, Apple Pay or through your account card (setup through O’Brien Group Australia). Once the transaction has been processed, an order QR code will be appear on your screen. Please keep the browser open on your device, you will need the order QR code for pickup (you will also receive an email with a copy of the order QR code)
You will receive a text message when our bar staff begin preparing your order.
A second text message will be sent confirming your order is ready for pickup – this text will also direct you to the correct pickup point (either Bar 520 or Bar 522).
On arrival at the Platinum Click & Collect Pickup Point, please show the bar staff the order QR code from your phone browser or from the order email. After pickup, you will receive a final text message confirming the order is complete.

Responsible service of alcohol laws apply. Please have your photo ID ready on arrival at the Click & Collect Pickup Point.
