Renewing Members have access to a payment plan option for 2025. The information below outlines the Membership Fee instalments and scenarios.
Payment Plans (Auto Renew or Manual) are only available to Members who have a stored credit card (Stored CC) securely saved in the Members Portal.
Please note that the ‘Early Upfront Payment Discount’ pricing is not offered to Platinum & Gold Members renewing on an Auto Renew or Manual Payment Plan.
Auto Renew Payment Plan
For current Members with Auto Renew set ON who paid by Payment Plan in 2024, this will be the default option initiated by our Membership system for renewal.
Key dates:
- Renewal Invoice – Thursday 12 September 2024
- Instalment 1 – Sunday 15 September 2024
- Instalment 2 – Tuesday 15 October 2024
- Instalment 3 – Friday 15 November 2024
- Instalment 4 – Sunday 15 December 2024
- Instalment 5 – Wednesday 15 January 2025
- Instalment 6 – Saturday 15 February 2025
- Instalment 7 – Saturday 15 March 2025
Email reminders will be sent prior to the Renewal Invoice dates above, we will also send payment reminders and an invoice prior to each instalment.
Members who have Auto Renew set to ON can opt out at any time prior to Thursday 12 September 2024 by following any of the below steps:
- Log in to the Members Portal, click the Membership tab and toggle Auto Renew OFF. Opting out of Auto Renew this way does not cancel your renewal opportunity; you still have the ability to renew manually during the Renewal Process.
- Log in to the Members Portal, select the Memberships tab and click the Forgo Renewal button. This will also opt you out of all 2025 Renewal Reminder communications.

Manual Renewal Payment Plan
Should you choose to renew manually before the Renewal Deadline on Wednesday 2 October 2024 but after Thursday 12 September 2024, please note that only 6 split instalment payments will be available as Instalment 1 was missed.
By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the 2025 Stadium Membership Terms & Conditions (specific information about Membership Financial Commitments are outlined in Section 2).
