The Auto Renew function deadline has now passed on Thursday 12 September 2023.
While the Auto Renew toggle remains available in the system, switching this on after the above deadline will not automatically renew your Membership, please do this manually via the Portal or contact our team for assistance.
The type of Automatic Renewal setup in our Membership system is based on how you chose to pay your 2024 Membership fees. The dates you will be charged are dependent on your Membership Tier, please see below for more information:
Platinum & Gold Members
- Renewal Invoice Generated – Thursday 12 September 2024
- Payment Plan Instalment 1 Charge – Sunday 15 September 2024
- Upfront Payment Charge – Tuesday 17 September 2024 (24 hours prior to the Early Upfront Payment Discount deadline)
Silver Members
- Renewal Invoice Generated – Thursday 12 September 2024
- Payment Plan Instalment 1 Charge – Sunday 15 September 2024
- Upfront Payment Charge – Tuesday 1 October 2024 (24 hours prior to Final Renewal Deadline)
Members who have Auto Renew set ON can opt out of this process at any time prior to Thursday 12 September 2024 by following any one of the below steps:
- Log in to the Members Portal, click the Membership tab and toggle Auto Renew OFF. Opting out of Auto Renew this way does not cancel your renewal opportunity; you still have the ability to renew manually during the Renewal Process.
- Log in to the Members Portal, select the Memberships tab and click the Forgo Renewal button. This will also opt you out of all 2025 Renewal Reminder communications.

Members may also wish to make a Change Request, or forgo renewal via the Members Portal – login, select the Membership Tab and then click the Forgo Membership button and follow the prompts.
By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the 2025 Stadium Membership Terms & Conditions (specific information about Membership Financial Commitments are outlined in Section 2).
Please also be aware of the following important points:
- The ‘Early Upfront Payment Discount’ pricing is not offered to Platinum & Gold Members renewing on a payment plan.
- Payment Plans can only be set up when a Member is paying via credit card. This credit card must be securely stored in the Members Portal under Stored CC.
